Retail

Laughing MannequinI opened my shop in Cathedral Square in 1994, the year of Celine Dion singing about the power of love and Forest Gump breaking all box office records! At that time it was called Balagan, and it was really a gift shop, but over time as my tastes and fashions have changed i wanted to reflect the new look and feel of the shop.

So in 2007 we had a makeover and emerged as Reba, a lifestyle boutique, with an eclectic selection of clothes, jewellery, books and gifts. As an independent boutique, i wanted to support other independent designers, so we've chosen quirkier designers so that we can offer something a little bit different to our customers.

check out the website at www.rebaonline.co.uk

Reba is a unique independent boutique, we're nestled in the heart of old Peterborough. Literally in the grounds of Peterborough Cathedral, because we're about a foot below street level. Our back door looks out onto the Cathdral and our front onto the Guildhall, so the views are pretty nice ! Everyone loves our fabulous vaulted ceilings, our eclectic array of frippery and our friendly ghost which the girls have nicknamed "Alan"
